Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
Shipping costs do not include duties, custom fees, or taxes. These charges may apply upon receipt for international orders and are imposed by the importing country based on the item’s value. Fees may be due at the point of, or following, delivery. Please contact your local customs office regarding charges applicable to your order’s destination. Granger Joaillière is not responsible for any duties, custom fees, or taxes incurred on international orders.
Orders are shipped within four to ten business days. Pre-orders and custom pieces may require up to three weeks for preparation. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Each order is packaged carefully to protect your jewelry during transit. Should any issue arise, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN
We do not offer refunds. Please take your time in selecting your pieces. Exchanges are available within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of custom items, which are not eligible for exchange. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. To initiate an exchange, please email us at m@grangerjoailliere.ca within 14 days. We will confirm the exchange process upon receiving the item. All pieces must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Items that are worn or damaged cannot be exchanged. Granger Joaillière is not liable for any damage, loss, or other issues that may occur during transit. Lost packages are not eligible for exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A cancellation will result in a gift card or store credit of equivalent value; refunds are not available. To cancel your order, please email us at m@grangerjoailliere.ca within the 24-hour window.
